Charlie and Kim Jacobs, who are the proud owners of the Bruins, hosted a fun dance to celebrate the end of the school year for their two 14 year old children Charlie and Katie and 70 of their closest friends. The event was held at the Weston Golf Club in Weston, MA. They hired Boston Live Events to provide uplighting and high energy dance floor lighting, and Boston Live’s Dj Greg to get the kids dancing. Dj Greg also brought his teenage assistant Dj Eli.

 

The event started with delicious passed hors d’oeuvre followed by a kid friendly dinner buffet (best chicken fingers and pizza we have ever had).

The first hour Dj Greg and Dj Eli played directly off of the list of songs provided by Charlie and Katie. After the kids were done eating, the house lights were dimmed and the dance music started pumping. It did take the kids a few songs to really get into it (at this age they are “to cool” to dance), but once they started, they danced, jumped, and screamed the words to almost every song Greg and Eli played. The UpLighting was synced to the beat of the music and floor was literally bouncing! Check out the video!
